1. Overview
Welcome to LUMEE! The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to LUMEE, which operates the website www.lumeetan.com and the online store. By accessing our Services (website, store, products, features), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Access and account
To use our Services, you represent that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (email address, shipping details, payment information). You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials confidential. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use may result in the suspension of your account.

3. Our products
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible. However, their appearance (shade, texture, packaging) may vary depending on the screens and devices used. We reserve the right to change descriptions, remove a product from sale, or limit the quantities offered, without notice.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LUMEE reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any legitimate reason (stock error, suspected fraud, etc.). Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been validated. Your purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, excluding shipping costs. LUMEE operates under the VAT franchise scheme (small business VAT exemption) in Luxembourg: as of today, no VAT is charged on our sales. We may change our prices and promotions at any time, without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charge of the full amount of your order.

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates only. In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you at the moment you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us: we will cover the reshipment or the refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or by customs formalities.

7. Intellectual property
All elements on the website (the LUMEE brand, text, images, videos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, or use without our written permission is prohibited.

8. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over these websites and accept no responsibility for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Relationship with Shopify
LUMEE is a store powered by Shopify. Shopify is not a party to your transactions and accepts no liability for sales made by LUMEE.

10. Returns, refunds and guarantees
As a consumer, you benefit from: (i) our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, even on opened products (one opened unit per order); (ii) the 14-day legal right of withdrawal for unopened products (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), with the hygiene exception that applies to unsealed cosmetics; (iii) the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). 11. Liability
Without prejudice to the legal guarantees you benefit from as a consumer (legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects), and except in cases of gross negligence or fraud on our part, LUMEE's liability is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

12. Prohibited use
You may not use our services for illegal or abusive purposes, or to infringe intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you fail to comply with these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continuing to use our services after the new terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of them.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts for the location of our registered office, subject to the mandatory legal provisions that protect consumers: consumers may also bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence and rely on the mandatory provisions of that country's law. Before taking any legal action, consumer mediation remains available to you (see our Legal Notice).
